ACKLEY - Jennie Ann Heitland, 82, of Ackley, died at home Tuesday, Dec. 25. She was born May 10, 1930, in Popejoy, Iowa daughter of Eppo and Gertrude Schweenrtmann Bulten. She married Wallace Heitland on Feb. 22, 1952, in Iowa Falls. Mrs. Heitland graduated from Iowa Falls High School and Ellsworth Community College. She was a teacher and also had worked at the 65 Junction Truck Shop, Shugar's and Waldorf's grocery stores and as a greeter at Walmart. She was a member of Austinville Christian Reformed Church. Survived by: her husband; a daughter, Cynthia (Robert) Burns of Iowa Falls; two sons, Jerald of Iowa Falls and Shawn (Amy) of Aplington; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two sisters-in-law, Kathy Bulten of Garden City and Esther Hirth of Ackley. Preceded in death by: a son, Jeffrey; and a brother, Larry Bulten.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Austinville Christian Reformed Church, with burial in Oakwood Cemetery, Ackley. Visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Sietsema Funeral Home, Ackley.
