A Man After Gods Own Heart

The faith of this father
Was earnest and deep.
The Lords dear commands
Our Johnny would keep.
He looked on all souls
With a shepherds kind eye,
Well miss his compassion,
But to mirror him well try.
The seeds of his integrity
He's already sown,
He's with his Father,
He's whole and not alone.
He's singing sweet praises
By his Saviors throne,
He's happy and pain-free
In Gods Heavenly home.
