Rites Wednesday for Garner Woman
Garner -- Funeral services for Mrs. C. W. Reddick, 73, will be held at the Vincent Methodist
church near Eagle Grove at 2 p.m, Wednesday with the Rev. J. Dallas Gibson, pastor of the United Presbyterian church in Garner in charge. He will be assisted by the Rev. Mr. Hewes, resident pastor of the Vincent Methodist church. Interment will be in the Eagle Grove cemetery. Mrs. Reddick died Sunday evening at a Mason City nursing home after an illness of about 2-1/2 years.Ida Mae, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Clark, was born at Bethel, Vt, Nov. 27, 1877. When
9 years old she came with her parents to Chicago, Ill. On Feb. 28, 1906, she was married to C. W.
Reddick and the couple resided on a farm near Streator, Ill., until 1916 when they moved to a farm near Vincent. Here they resided until 1944 when they moved to Garner where they have resided since. Survivors are her husband, C. W. Reddick; two sons, C. Clark Reddick of Clarion; and James S. Reddick of Des Moines; two daughters, Mrs. J. R. (Mary) Keith of Garner and Mrs. Gertrude Corsair of Duncombe.Mason City Globe Gazette -- Mason City, Iowa
