Mrs. Stanley Ransom, 820 Bayard street, Mrs. Ellen White, 1007 Washington street, and Otha Billings, 821 Bayard street, will leave Tuesday for Eagle Grove, Ia., where they will attend the funeral of their father, Roy Billings, former Waterloo resident who died at University hospital in Iowa City Sunday.

Billings Rites Held

Eagle Grove — Funeral services for Roy Billings, 63, were conducted by the Rev. H. G. Dawes at the Kastler funeral home Tuesday afternoon. Mr. Billings was a well known chef in Eagle Grove.
