Chas. F. Bernard, of Woolstock died on Nov. 30, 1911, and the funeral service was held last Monday
from the French church near that place, conducted by Rev. J. Q. A. Miller, pastor of the Woolstock
Baptist church. Mr. Bernard was thirty-five years, eight months and fourteen days of age, he having been born near Woolstock on March 16, 1876. His death was caused by peritonitis. He leaves a widowed mother, three brothers and one sister to mourn his untimely taking away. Mr. Bernard had practically spent his whole life in the vicinity of Woolstock and was widely known in that neighborhood. He was a young man who was very highly thought of by all who knew him and his death in the prime of life is a hard blow to his family and friends.Webster City Tribune -- Webster City, Iowa
