Sandra "Sandy" Kathryn Guzzardo, age 67, of Rockford, IL passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2012. Born June 5, 1944, in Belmond, IA; daughter of Jesse Arthur and Pauline Johanna (nee Hood) Ersland. Married Tony J. Guzzardo in 1979, in Rockford. Sandy was a sales manager for many years at Sylvia's Fashions. Survivors include husband, Tony; sons, Dave Fossett of Stillman Valley and Todd (Karen) Fossett of Tennessee; step-daughter, Angela Fossett; grandchildren, Marissa Fossett, Steve, Craig and Candace Berry; great-grandchild, Alexis Berry; sisters, Dawn Morgan and Darla Dorn; and brother, Mike Ersland. Predeceased by her parents. Memorial gathering from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 14, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. Rockford.
