SUDDEN DEATH
Lucy Holman Passes Away After a Brief Illness.
Word was received here Tuesday morning of the sudden death of Lucy Lee Holman at her home in Eagle Grove. Miss Brady at once took the train for that place to be with the bereaved parents in their hour of trial. The little girl was apparently as well as ever a few days ago. She came home Saturday afternoon from skating and was seized with a vomiting spell. The doctor was called but it was thought to be nothing more that a bilious attack. She continued about the same Sunday and Monday and at three o’clock Tuesday morning she passed away. The shock to the parents was well nigh heart breaking as this is third daughter they have been called upon to part with in less than three years. The parents and friends will arrive from Eagle Grove today with the loved form, and after a short funeral service at the Congregational church she will be tenderly laid to rest beside those two sisters in Grace Hill Cemetery.
