Connie Balsley, 38, of Webster City, died Monday at her home following a sudden illness. Services will be 1:30 PM Thursday at Foster Funeral home, Webster City, with the Rev. Ray Altrip officiating. Burial will be in Cass Center Cemetery, north of Webster City. Visitation will be after 5 PM toay until the time of service Thursday at the funeral home. Survivors include her parents, Wayne and Delores Balsley, Webster City; sister, Eileen Balsley, Webster City; and niece, Gina Balsley of Webster City.

Connie Marie Balsley was born July 16, 1954 in Webster City. She attended Webster City Schools, graduating from Lincoln High School. She worked as a babysitter and at the Webster City Drive-In Theatre. She was most recently employed at the Daily Freeman Journal, Webster City. She was a member of the Church of Christ and Woodmen of the World.
