Belmond, IA -- Eugene Cecil Mosiman, 82, died Tuesday October 25, 2011 at the Taylor Hospice House in Des Moines. A memorial service is scheduled Friday October 28, 2011 at 2 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Belmond, IA. Following the memorial service there will be a private family inurnment at the Immanuel Reformed Church Cemetery. Cecil in the husband of the late June (Boelman) and father of the Phyllis (Jerry) Stadtlander, Dan (Mary) Mosiman and Jeff (Kim) Mosiman. Funeral service arrangements are being held by Andrews Funeral Home, Belmond, IA.
