June 5, 1905 -- March 3, 1993

Crystle Marie Rexroat was born June 5, 1905, daughter of C. J .E. & Emma (Lindquist) Carlson. She graduated from Iowa State Teachers College in Cedar Falls and taught at rural schools in Stratford, Stanhope and Central City area. On March 23, 1929, she married Rufus R. Rexroat at Cedar Rapids. The couple farmed near Woolstock until 1935 when they moved to a farm near Stratford. She died March 3, 1993. She is survived by sons, Duane, Dayton and Don, Webster City; daughters, De Loris Lundvall, Boxholm, Shirley Jenner, Los Alamitos, Calif, Gloria Ulrick, Fort Dodge, Judy Elsberry, Boone, Mary Jean Rexroat, Des Moines; 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and sister Estelle Reinhardt, Sioux City. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband in 1966; two brothers and one sister. Burial in Oakwood Cemetery, Stratford, Iowa.
