Funeral services for Mrs. A. M. Lunde, 56, who died Saturday at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Don R. Smith of Clarion, were held Monday at the Eyler funeral chapel at 2 o'clock. Arlene Brown Lunde, the daughter of Fred and Irene Brown, was born June 30, 1900, at Fredericksburg, Ia. On July 8, 1916 she was married to Herman Krueger. Two children were born to this union, LaDonna, Mrs. Don Smith of Clarion and Robert Krueger of Edgerton, Wis. She was married to Alfred Lunde June 15, 1939. They made their home in Clarion for the past 17 years. She is survived by her husband and two children previously mentioned, two sisters, Mrs. J. D. Triplett of Fredericksburg, and Mrs. Harry O'Donnell of Janesville, Wis., and five grandchildren. Also surviving are four step children: Mrs. Joy Severson of Downie, Calif., Mrs. Constance Perkins of Saigon, Indo-China, Lynn Lunde of LaMirada, Calif., and Leland Lunde of Clear Lake. One brother preceded her in death.
