Jason John Baiotto, age 20 died Saturday January 15, 2004 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Breese, Il. Jason was born April 10, 1984 in Fort Dodge, IA the son of Dan and Karen (DenHartog) Baiotto. He is survived by his mother Karen Sage and husband Sean of O'Fallon, MO; his father Dan Baiotto and wife Kathy of Caseyville, IL; sisters Joni and Krist Baiotto, both of Carbondale, IL; a stepsister, Leslie Sage of St. Lois, MO; as stepbrother P.J. Perucca of Cape Girardeau, MO; maternal grandmother, Jeanette DenHartog of Clarion, IA: paternal grandparents Ernie and Joyce Baiotto of Earlham, IA. Jason graduated from Carlyle High School in 2002 and presently was a student at Western Illinois University - Edwardsville. He was a member of First United Methodist Church. Funeral services were held at his church in Carlyle at 10:00am Tuesday, January 18, 2004 with Rev. Shane Bishop and Rev. Jeff Bealmear officiating. The interment was held at Carlyle Cemetery. Frerker Funeral Home in Carlyle, IL was in charge of arrangements.
