Gladys Rosemary Pratt, 78, of Panama City, Fla., went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 3, 2007. She was born in Corwith, Iowa, on March 17, 1929. to the late Charlie and Lottie Bosworth Riggle. Her husband was in the Navy, so she and her family traveled extensively throughout the world. Gladys (Rosemary) was a great mom, grandma and great-grandma and an extraordinarily strong woman who set good examples for her family to follow. Rosemary cherished her many friends at Mathison's and will be very missed.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband and best friend of 57 years, Eugene, in 2005. Left to cherish her memory are two sons, Bruce Pratt and Michael Pratt of Maryland; three daughters, Jeannie Russell of Panama City, Charlene Osborn of Louisiana and Annette Nixon of Gulf Breeze, Fla.; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, July 8, 2007, at the Mathison Retirement …
