Centreville, Michigan --- Grace H. Gee, 87, of 211 E. Market St., Centreville, died at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday in Fairview Medical Care Facility. She was born in Columbus, Kan., Feb. 20, 1886, to Festus A. and Alice Ann Gee. Miss Gee later moved with her parents to Corwith, Iowa, where she was graduated from high school in 1904. She and her grandfather, Dr. Darius Gee, moved to Centreville the same year. Miss Gee was a member of the Centreville Woman's Club for a number of years and had been employed by the Dr. Denton Mills for 49 years. She was a member of the Centreville United Methodist Church, where, in 1949, she was honored for completion of 42 years of service as a Sunday school superintendent and teacher, before her confinement.

Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Bessie Gram, a patient in the Frederic Nursing Home in Frederic, Wis.; two great-nieces, Mrs. Sharon Springer and Mrs. Sheryl Buck, and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Ernest Gee, all of Clear Lake, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, two sisters and a niece, Mrs. Earl (Eva) Blakeley of Clear Lake, Iowa.

Visitation may be made at the Rexrode Funeral Home in Centreville until noon Thursday. Services will be held in the United Methodist Church here at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, with the pastor, the Rev. Rudy A. Wittenbach, officiating. Interment will be made in Prairie River Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to her church.
