Mt. Vernon, Missouri - Adam Lee Mesicek, 28, died suddenly Wednesday morning. He was born August 11, 1979 in Humboldt, Iowa to David and Catherine (Trickel) Mesicek. Adam lived in the Mt. Vernon community for the past eight years. He worked in the community in construction and attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness, Miller, Missouri.
On April 13, 2002 he married Annette Thomas in Hollywood Beach, Florida. She survives him of the home. Additional survivors include two children, Skyler and Adalyn of the home, mother Catherine "Cathy" Arnold and step-father Kelly, Monett, brother, David Hames "D.J." Mesicek, Nixa; maternal grandparents, Ron and Karen Trickel, Ozark, Missouri; paternal grandparents, Hubert and Frances Mesicek, Humboldt, Iowa; maternal great-grandmother, Elizabeth Erickson, Algona, Iowa; one nephew Christopher and three nieces, Emily, Keishay, Gianna. His father, David Mesicek, uncle, Wade Trickel and great-grandparents preceded him in death.
