BEREND BRINK SERVICES HELD

Kanawha Resident, Native of Germany, Dies of Pneumonia

KANAWHA, IA —Funeral services for Berend Brink were held Thursday afternoon at the Christian Reformed church with the Rev. D. H. Plesscher officiating. Mr. Brink died Monday morning at his home in Kanawha of pneumonia. He was 77. He was born in Germany. He was one of the oldest members of the Christian Reformed church. Surviving are his sister; four nephews, John Blank of Kanawha, Ralph and Elso Blank of Klemme and Ben Blank of Britt, and four nieces, Grace Blank of Klemme, Mrs. George Einhuis of Garner, Mrs. Minno Swyter of Britt and Mrs. Henry Betten of Kanawha. Burial was made in the Kanawha cemetery.
