PRAIRIE GROVE, Ark. - Jo Ann VandenBerge, 69, of Prairie Grove, Ark., died at her home Sunday, Jan. 25, 2004. She was born in Corwith, Iowa, on April 18, 1934, the daughter of Ernest and Opal (Gregson) Bonnstetter. Jo Ann attended the First Baptist Church in Prairie Grove. She was also a member of Faith Reformed Church in Traverse City. She graduated from Sioux Falls College and was a teacher in Alton, Iowa, and Vermillion, S.D.

Survivors include two daughters, Jody Batzer and her husband Steven of Prairie Grove and Jillian VandenBerge of Birmingham, Ala.; three brothers, James Bonnstetter of Milford, Iowa, Bill Bonnstetter of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Ron Bonnstetter of Lincoln, Neb.; and a grandson, Eric Batzer of Prairie Grove. She was preceded in death by her parents. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 31, at Corwith Cemetery in Corwith, Iowa.
