Bruce W. Johnson, 51, of Beatrice, died at his home Friday (10/16/09). He was born at Minneapolis, Minnesota. He served in the United States Army as an expert rifleman from 1974 to 1976. He had worked with his late brother, Scott Johnson at Back Alley Eatery in Beatrice. Survivors include three daughters, Stephanie Johnson of North Little Rock, Arkansas; Amber Johnson of Norfolk; Erica Johnson of Waterloo, Iowa; two grandsons; his parents, Roy and Madge Scott Johnson of Sun City West, Arizona; one sister, Jane Osland of Lawrenceville, Georgia; two nieces; one nephew; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. There will be no services. The body has been cremated and inurnment of the cremains will be in Corwith, Iowa at a later date. Fox Funeral Home of Beatrice in charge of arrangements.
