EAST PEORIA, IL -- George O. Reich, 86, formerly of 212 Terminal St., died at 3:30 a.m. Friday, May 7, 1993, at Morton Apostolic Christian Restmor in Morton. Born June 18, 1906, in Corwith, Iowa, to William and Eliza Dennis Reich, he married Anna M. Moreland on May 1, 1926, in Bloomington. She died May 14, 1982, in Peoria. One brother and five sisters also preceded him in death. Surviving are two sons, Leo V. of Morton and William J. Sr. of Metamora; one brother, Henry of Orville, Calif.; three grandchildren and two great- grandchildren. He was a machinist at Meyer-Morton Co. in Morton. He was a member of Oak Grove Bible Church in East Peoria. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Remmert Funeral Home, where visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Tremont.
