3 Chicagoans Among 58 Jet Crash Victims

New Orleans, Feb. 25 [Special]--Three young residents of metropolitan Chicago, who had been on vacation together in Mexico, were among the 58 persons who died in the crash of an Eastern Air Lines plane here today. The three were employees of Eastern in the line's regional office in the Merchandise Mart in Chicago.

All Were Bachelors

They were Joseph G. Sereikas, 24, of 5535 S. Campbell av.; Harry D. Jurgenson, 22, of 516 W. Roscoe st., formerly of Corwith, Ia., and Richard C. Yoder, 21, of 557 N. Ardmore av., Villa Park, formerly of La Porte, Ind.

All were bachelors. Yoder had just begun leave from Eastern to go into military service and the other two were on their days off. Sereikas was due back to work today and Jurgenson tomorrow.

21 Employees or Kin

Twenty-one of the victims were crew members, vacationing employees of the air line, or relatives of employees. Among the prominent persons aboard the plane was Mme. Marie Helene le Faucheux of New York City, France's representative on the United Nations women's rights committee.
