Margaret Theresa Hergenreter (Tweet Zigrang), daughter of Harry L. and Augustine (Choquette) Zigrang, peacefully joined her husband Nick in Heaven on August 16, 2010 with her loving family by her side. Tweet (as she was known to her family and friends) was born on Sept. 9, 1931 in Fort Dodge, Iowa. She moved to Garden Grove, Calif., in 1956 where she became a parishioner and a founding family of St. Callistus Catholic Church. Tweet dedicated her life to raising her 5 wonderful children. She was also lovingly dedicated to her husband Nick for 59 years and was his primary caregiver for the last 20 years of his life.

She is survived by her brothers, Denis Zigrang of Oklahoma, James Zigrang of Eagle Grove, Iowa, and Frank Zigrang of Humboldt, Iowa; sister Mary (Zigrang) Rusch of Mission Hills, Calif.; her children, Mary Medina, Nick Hergenreter (wife Sheila), James Hergenreter, Sara Christian (husband Bill), Denis Hergenreter (wife Susan); her grandchildren, Greg Johnson, Nicholas Hergenreter, Matthew Medina, Aaron Hergenreter, Philip Christian, Natalie Christian and Paige Hergenreter. She leaves many loving nieces, nephews and friends who will miss her unconditional love and grace.

Visitation Services at Brown Colonial Mortuary, 204 West 17th Street, Santa Ana, Calif., Thursday, August 19, 2010 3 to 7 p.m., Rosary Service at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, August 20, 10 a.m. at St Callistus Catholic Church, 12901 Lewis Ave, Garden Grove Calif.
