BRITT, IA -- Octave C. Anderson, 89, of Britt, died Monday (May 13, 1996) at Westview Care Center. Private graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Evergreen Cemetery, with burial to follow. There is no visitation. Cataldo Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Octave C. Anderson was born July 20, 1906, on a farm near Klemme in Avery Township. Survivors include three children, Joel Anderson of Webster City; Neal Anderson of Webster City, and Gay Riemersma of Chesterfield, Mo.; one granddaughter; and one sister, Lois Craw of Oregon. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one brother and two sisters.
