Milton L. Paul, 78, died Nov. 14, 1997, in Colorado Springs. He was a retired banker and served in the Army during World War II. Mr. Paul was born Aug. 16, 1919, in Klemme, Iowa. He was married Dec. 30, 1949, to Margaret Keleher, who survives. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Inurnment in Des Moines, Iowa, is planned. Swan Law Funeral Directors, Inc., 501 N. Cascade Ave., is handling local arrangements.
