Lottie Wailes services Wed.

Funeral services for Lottie Bernice Suckow Wailes, 87, Pomona, Mo., will be at 10:00 am Wednesday in the Immanuel Baptist Church, Pomona. A second service will be at 1:30 pm Thursday in Miller-Wherle Funeral Home, Centerville, Iowa, and burial will be in Philadelphia Cemetery, Appanoose County, Iowa. Mrs. Wailes died at 4:15pm Saturday in West Vue Home Inc. She was born July 2, 1898, at Klemme, Iowa, daughter of the late Edward A. and Lottie Cross Suckow. She was married May 23, 1923, at Plano, Iowa to Sylvester Wailes, who preceded her in death Sept. 13, 1963. they made their home on a farm near Plano for 36 years and they moved to Pomona, Missouri on May 23, 1959. She was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church at Pomona. A sister, Wilma Spilman, Pomona, survives. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one brother and one sister.
