LATIMER, Iowa - Theodore Mollenbeck, 80, of Latimer died at his farm home Friday, April 23, 1993. Services were held Tuesday, April 27 at 10:30 a.m. at the Zion Reformed Church at Sheffield with burial in the church cemetery. Rev. Wayne VanRogenmorter officiated.

Theodore Mollenbech was born July 11, 1912 on a farm in Richland Township, Franklin County to John and Gussie Hemmes Mollenbech. He attended Plain View School and on Aug. 27, 1941 he married Leona Jurgens at the Zion Reformed Church, rural Sheffield. They farmed on his family farm. He was a member of the Zion Reformed Church and was a charter member of the Church Brotherhood, taught Sunday School and served as a deacon.

Survivors include twin daughters, Joyce Anne of Klemme and Jane Anne of Latimer; four sisters, Johanna Deam of Sheffield, Mary Schermer of Hampton. Bernice Johansen of Latimer and Pauline Johansen of Hampton. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers. William Funeral Home of Clarion was in charge of arrangements.
