Pauline C. Kaffar Wyeth, 84, of Globe, AZ, formerly of Belmond, died Saturday, June 24, 2000 at the Select Care Nursing Home in Globe, Arizona. Funeral services for Pauline Wyeth were held Thursday, June 29, at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Belmond with Father David Beckman officiating. Burial was at the Belmond Cemetery in Belmond. Pauline the daughter of Paul J. and Margaret I. Wiggins Kaffar was born February 1, 1916 in Worthing, SD. She graduated from Worthing High School and with honors from Mercy Hospital in Hamilton, OH. Pauline worked as a nurse for Mercy Hospital in Hamilton, OH and Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Pauline married Robert L. Wyeth. The couple made their home in Belmond were they owned and operated Bob's Standard Station and Lunch Room on Highway 69 for many years. Pauline later moved to Globe, AZ where she worked for the Gila General Hospital.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert in 1975; one brother and five sisters. Pauline is survived by two sisters, Rosetta Pals of Safety Harbor, FL and Betty Rahpelz of Virginia Beach, VA; and many nieces and nephews.
