ARLINGTON, Texas -- Carol S. Lievrouw, 76, passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2010. Funeral will be held 12:30 p.m. Friday, July 9, at the Moore Funeral Home, 1219 N. David Drive, Arlington, Texas. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the Moore Funeral Home.

Carol was born July 17, 1933, in Belmond, Iowa, to Alva and Celia Sibert. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Lievrouw, and daughter, Stephanie Shay Cartwright. We were blessed with Carol's strength, courage, sense of humor, grace and dignity in life and in death. Left to cherish her memory are daughter, Melinda Robertson and husband, Hadley; son, Dan Lievrouw and wife, Cindy; brothers, Arlon Sibert and wife, Suzan, of Las Vegas, Nev., and Dennis Sibert and wife, Sharon, of Des Moines, Iowa; grandchildren; Amy, Ricky, Crystal and Beth; five great-grandchildren: Brantley, Brooke, Madison, Wade, and Cosette, and a host of nieces and nephews.
