December 12, 1919 -- June 28, 1993

Albert Alvin McCollough, Son of Ralph and Marie (Pinkele) McCollough. On Feb. 18, 1956, he married Dorothy Passwaters at Webster City. On Feb, 10, 1941, he entered the U.S. Army with Co.E.133 Infantry Red Bull Div. and was Awarded the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart for the Rome-Arno Campaign. He was discharged May 12, 1945. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy; daughters and sons-in-law, Miki & Art Tolle, Jr., Littleton, Colo. and Mindee & Mike Pruismann, Webster City; step-son, Gary VanWinkle, Des Moines; step-daughter, Linda Halligan, Stockton, Calif; 4 grandchildren; 10 step-grandchildren; 14 step-great grandchildren; brothers, Thyrol & Gail, Webster City, Carl, Frederick, MD.; and sisters, Pat Klaver, Kamrar, Phyllis Yoder, Woolstock, Carol Wenger, Timberville, VA., and Evelyn Timmons, Cambria, Ill. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 step-grandchildren; one step-great grandchild; 5 brothers and 4 sisters.
Burial in Cass Center Cemetery, Webster City.
