Connie Kay (Sams) Morris

CORWITH, IA — Sadly on Aug. 12, 2007, the Lord called Connie home at the young age of 51. Services will be at 4 p.m. today at the United Methodist Church in Corwith with Pastor Denise Group officiating.

Connie was born Nov. 8, 1955, to Hazel Kirkpatrick and Robert Slater. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and her dogs, Moose and Roxanne. She always had something kind to say to brighten your day. She will be greatly missed by her husband, George Morris, of Corwith; her mother, Hazel Kirkpatrick, of Kanawha; her son, Robbie Sams and Cassi, of Albia; her daughter, Sissy Sams and Ron, of Sioux City; her son, Johnny Sams, of Des Moines; her son, Anthony Brown and Teresa and kids, of Russell; her grandchildren, Misty, Mindy, David and Danny Southwick, Alex Harper and Johnny Sams, Jesse and Justis Sams; her brother, Jack Bolio and Marie of Des Moines; her sister, Jeanie Fuller and Russell of Des Moines; two aunts, one uncle, and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her father Robert; grandmother, Bernice; Aunt Janey; and her dog, Calvin. She always will be in our hearts, and our prayers & our memory.
