September 14, 1877 -- May 8, 1958

Harriett W. Vincent, 80, of Hanford, California died Thursday at her home. She was a native of Eagle Grove, Iowa and had lived here for the past 73 years. She is survived by her husband, Herbert C. Vincent of Hanford; four sons, Harold C. Vincent of San Diego, Clifford Vincent of Steilacoom, Wash., Gordon Vincent of Fresno and Lloyd Vincent of Hanford; two daughters, Mrs. Pearl Gorden of Hanford and Mrs. Dolores McCauley of Carpenteria; two brothers Bert C. Whiteley of Vallejo, and Zur C. Whiteley of San Bernardino; a sister, Mrs. Carrie M. Wills of Santa Cruz, 16 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Graveside funeral services will be held in Hanford Cemetery on Saturday, May 10, at 10:30 a.m. Internment will follow under the direction of People's Undertaking Parlor.
