19 April 1846 -- 29 January 1907

Milo Plumley was born at Orangeville, N. Y., April 19th, 1846, died at his home, six miles northeast of Renwick, January 29th, 1907, of heart trouble. He was married to Miss Flora Tuttle, March 10th, 1876 at Woolstock, Iowa. To them were born four sons, three of whom are living: Everett of Humboldt, Jay of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Francis at home, one son dying in infancy. The deceased gave his heart to Christ in 1875 but made no formal profession of religion until 1892 when he was baptized into the fellowship of the 1st Baptist Church of Goldfield, afterward casting his lot with the Baptist Church of Luni, where he has since been a loyal and consistent member. He leaves to mourn his loss, his devoted wife, three sons, two grandchildren, two brothers and one sister besides a host of friends. Funeral services were held at the home Friday by Rev. J. S. Nicholson of Renwick. Internment is in the Luni cemetery. Little can be said in the face of so great a sorrow.
