MUSCATINE, Iowa - Services for Marjorie E. Alter, 68, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Evergreen Cemetery, Clarion. Mrs. Alter died Sunday at Muscatine General Hospital. Ralph J. Wittich Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Marjorie Sadler married Thomas Alter in 1945 in Eagle Grove. She was a member of the United Methodist Church. Memorials may be made to Muscatine Care Center. Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Sherry (Mrs. Merle) Manley, Muscatine; two grandchildren; and her mother, Hazel Sadler, and a brother, Donald Sadler, both of Clarion.
