DOWS, IA — Ione Leone Westaby, 99, of Dows, died Wednesday (Oct. 11, 2006) at the Franklin General Hospital in Hampton. Funeral services for Ione Westaby will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 15, at the United Methodist Church in Dows with the Pastor Kalen Fristad, officiating. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery in Dows. Visitation for Ione Westaby will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, at the Ewing Dugger Helgeson Funeral Home, 300 Lee St. in Dows, and will continue one hour before services on Sunday at the church.
