Ray Michael Kelling, 60 of Fort Dodge died Saturday April 17, 2010 at the Trinity Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Bruce-Graham Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the North Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until service time on Thursday.

Ray was born April 14, 1950 the son of George and Lula Ruth (Beers) Kelling in Clarion, Iowa. On April 12, 1996 Ray was united in marriage to Karen Andrews in Fort Dodge, Iowa. Ray was an avid Kansas City Chiefs and St. Louis Cardinals fan. He truly loved watching pro football and NASCAR on TV. Ray enjoyed being with people and listening to old rock and roll and country music.

Those thankful for having shared in Ray's life include his wife Karen, two sons; John, Matthew, six step children, three brothers; Charles (Kerry) Kelling, Joseph (Marsha) Kelling, Richard (Cathy) Kelling, many grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and two brothers-in-law, Ken and Vern Gregerson. Mr. Kelling was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters; Ilene [Gardalen] and Irene [Fitz] and two brothers; George Jr. and Robert.
