Fred L. Crouse, Retired Engineer, Is Heart Attack Victim

Mr. and Mrs. D. M. Tucker received word Friday morning from Duane Crouse of Ft. Dodge that his father, Fred L. Crouse, 69, of Trenton, Tenn., had passed away that morning while eating his breakfast. He had been ill the past year with heart trouble Funeral services were held Saturday at Trenton, Tenn. He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Elsie McArtor, Long Beach, Calif, one son, Duane of Ft. Dodge; a nephew, Francis Johnson of Oakland, Calif., and a niece, Helen McArtor of Long Beach. Calif.: two grandsons. Billy and Bobby Crouse of Ft. Dodge. Mr. Crouse was a former Clarion resident. He was an engineer on the Chicago Great Western and lived in Clarion about 40 years. After he received his pension he moved to Trenton, Tenn.
