Final Rites Held for Fred M. Doyen

EAGLE GROVE, IA —Funeral services for Fred M. Doyen, widower, 91, who died at the residence of his daughter, Mrs. Margaret Hall, in this city Wednesday, will be held at the Kubitschek and Kastler parlors Saturday. The Rev. T. J. Severtson of the East Side Lutheran church will officiate with burial in Rose Hill cemetery in Eagle Grove. Surviving are a son, George Doyen, Waterloo; three daughters, Mrs. Margaret Hall, Eagle Grove, Mrs. Louise Fitzpatrick and Mrs. Minnie Crombie, both of Los Angeles, Csl. He was born in Leer, Germany, had lived in the U. S. for 59 years and in Eagle Grove for 29 years.
