Ranae Marie Dishman Berdahl - October 24, 2008

Ranae Berdahl, 58, of Buckeye, Iowa, passed away Friday, October 24, 2008, at the Ellsworth Municipal Hospital, Iowa Falls. Memorial services for Ranae Berdahl will be 10:30 am Wednesday, October 29th at the Immanuel Memorial United Church of Christ, Alden, Iowa. A time of visitation will be held following the services at the church. A private burial will be held at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the family c/o her daughter: Robyn Berdahl: 611 Polk St., Apt 1, Iowa Falls, Iowa, 50126.

Ranae Marie Dishman was born January 11, 1950, at Belmond, Iowa, the daughter of Beverly Colleen [Muhlenbruch] and Robert Monroe Dishman. She graduated from the Hampton, Iowa Community Schools with the class of 1968. On August 2, 1970 she was united in marriage to Roger Berdahl. To this union a daughter was born: Robyn. The couple later divorced. Ranae Berdahl is survived by her mother; Beverly Dishman of Hampton, Iowa; her daughter: Robyn Berdahl of Ackley, Iowa; her companion: Marty Wood of Buckeye; her sister: Ranele Kolthoff of Alden, Iowa; and her brother: Rod [Linda] Dishman of Charles City, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her father: Robert Dishman; and her brother: Randy Dishman.
