LeRoy F. Jolly, 75, of Evansdale died Friday morning at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home of pulmonary fibrosis. He was born December 6, 1933 in Meservey the son of Horace and Ruth Dilts Jolly. He served in the Army during the Korean Conflict. LeRoy married Clarine "Dolly" Evans on December 30, 1957 in Mason City. He was employed as a foundry worker at the John Deere Tractor works for 28 years retiring in 1992.

He is survived by his wife, 2 sons; Bryan of Evansdale, Scott of Waterloo, 2 daughters; Cheryl (Kenneth) Cook of Waterloo, Brenda (Michael) Welch of Forest Lake, MN., 3 Brothers; Richard (Betty) Jolly of Gilbert, Kenneth Jolly of Meservey, Cecil (Eunice) Jolly of Vadis Heights, MN., 2 sisters; Elsie Forcier of White Bear Lake, MN., Violet Olsen of Clear Lake, 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and step-father; Bill Prilipp, and 3 brothers; Harold, Murel and Donald.

Burial in the Garden of Memories Cemetery. Graveside military rites will be conducted by the Becker-Chapman American Legion Post #138 and the VFW Post 1623. Those who wish may direct memorials to the family.
