OELWEIN, IA-- The Rev. Cecil J. McSweeney,73, of Clarion, formerly of several other Eastern Iowa towns, died Saturday in a Clarion hospital after a long illness. Services: 11 a.m. Monday, St. John Catholic Church, Clarion, where friends may call after 3 p.m. today, a parish rosary will be recited at 4 and a vigil service begins at 7. Burial: 3 p.m. Monday, Woodlawn Cemetery, Oelwein. Survivors include a brother, Joe of Oelwein; and two sisters, Elaine Bledsoe of Santa Ana, Calif., and Mary Arnold of Grand Island, Neb.
