SALEM, Ill. - Services for Evelyn L. Meyer, 50, of Salem, formerly of Davenport, will be 11 a.m. Monday at Grace United Methodist Church, Salem. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park, with local arrangements at Cunnick-Collins Mortuary, Davenport. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. at Rogers-Atkins Funeral Home, Salem. Mrs. Meyer was a dental receptionist. She married Alfred Meyer in 1974 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Michele Frietag, New Mexico; brothers Gene Hawk, South Dakota; and Jack Hawk, Minnesota; a sister, Joyce Mulford, Texas; and her mother, Francis Peterson, Goldfield, Iowa.
