Norma Jean Coulson, 79, Belmond, died August 7, 2009 at the Rehabilitation Center of Belmond. According to Jean's wishes, her body has been donated to the University of Iowa. A private family burial will take place in the Belmond Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements are being handled by Dugger Funeral Home.
