AGED MESERVEY RESIDENT DIES
Funeral for Harms, North Iowan Many Years, to Be Friday

MESERVEY, Iowa — Earnest Harms, more than 85, died at his home near Meservey Tuesday. He was born in Ostfriesland, Germany, and came to this country more than 50 years ago. He resided here for many years. Surviving are his aged wife, four sons, John, Heiko, of Titonka, Stenus of Thornton, Taos at home and one daughter Mrs. Maitka Gruis of Belmond. The funeral will be held at the Reformed church here Friday afternoon and burial will be in the local cemetery.
