Clem Albert Ricke died at the hospital in Story City where he had been a patient since Jan 18. He had undergone surgery that day. He came with his parents to Williams when he was 10 years old. He was united in marriage to Minnie Blank, Jan 6, 1896. They farmed north of Williams until 11 years ago, moving into Williams. He is survived by two daughters, Miss Maurine Ricke of Danville, Calif., and Mrs. George (Beryl) Johnson of Havelock, Iowa; two grandchildren, Roger Johnson of Boise, Idaho, and Miss Karline Johnson of Havelock. He was preceded in death by his wife in August, 1941, and by one son, Dewey, who died at the age of 4 years..... Burial will be in Williams Cemetery.
