Brentwood, TN--Christian O. Knutson, 89, of Brentwood, Tenn., died of a heart ailment Sunday at Southerland Place there. The body was cremated, and memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Fike Funeral Home in Cleveland, Tenn. Burial of the cremains will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Cleveland. Mr. Knutson was born in Thor, Iowa and had lived in Des Moines for 50 years before moving to Brentwood eight years ago. He was a retired insurance statistician and a military veteran. He is survived by a son, Jeffrey of Brentwood a sister, Augot Meyer and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Niva. Memorial contributions may be made to Grace Lutheran Church in Des Moines. Brentwood Funeral Home in Brentwood is handling arrangements.
