Isaac M. Gonder born Aug. 26, 1869, son of Frances and Philena Gonder in Fulton Co. Ill. and died April 4, 1948 at home of dau. Mrs. Bjork, at age 78yrs. 7mos. 9days. He moved to Iowa in his early years and married Adda Lee Morrow Dec. 11, 1895. Three children Mrs. Oscar Mourer of Agency, Mrs. Arthur Bjork of Fairfield, son Glen died Oct. 3,1924. Also surviving brother, Harvey Gonder of Thor, Iowa 13 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. Funeral services held at Richland Friends Church at 2:00 P.M. April 6, in charge Rev. Arthold Latham with Rev. Wilson Hyde of Fort Madison and Rev. A. C. Roach of Richland assisting. Mrs. R.W. Swinney at the piano and Willa Mae Swinney sang. Pallbearers- Boyd Mourer, Willard Mourer, John Ames, Bernard Dennis, Tommy Hartnell, and Kenneth Morrow. Burial in Friends Cemetery, Richland.
