C. Myron Fields of West Bend, Wisconsin formerly of Milwaukee. Age 82 years. Born November 29, 1915 in Eagle Grove, IA to Earl (Grace Meyer) Fields. Died Thurs. December 25, 1997 at St. Joseph's Community Hospital, West Bend. Married Tensa M. Althoff November 6, 1937 at Milwaukee Epworth Methodist Church. Survived by wife Tensa M.; children Gary (Carmen), Janet (Kenneth) Winnicki, Douglas (Roxana); sister Ferne (Dale) Lauchart; brother Robert (Maxine); 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and 1 sister. Funeral Service will be Monday, December 29, 1997 at 3:00 PM with Pastor William Dushek officiating at Fifth Ave. Methodist Church, 323 S. 5th Ave., West Bend, WI 53095. Visitation 1:00-3:00 PM Dec. 29, 1997 at the Church only. Entombment Wisconsin Memorial Park, Brookfield WI on Dec. 30, 1997 at 10:00 AM. The Phillip Funeral Home of West Bend is assisting the family.
