Hazel E. Ulmer, well-known former Havre, Montana resident, died Sunday in a Great Falls hospital. Funeral services for Mrs Ulmer, 75, will be conducted at the Van Orsdel United Methodist Church at 1 pm Wednesday and interment will be in Highland Cemetery. O'Connor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Ulmer was born in Belmond, Iowa, January 8, 1905 and came to Montana in 1914. She lived at Fresno. In 1926 in Havre she was married to Albert Ulmer. He was employed by the Great Northern Railroad and Burlington Northern for 46 years. Mr. Ulmer died in May 1976. Survivors are two daughters, Mrs O. L. (Grace) Stevens, Virginia Beach, VA and Mrs. Donald (Kay Trusty) Kjellstrom, Great Falls; four sons, Wesley, Grand Forks, ND; Kenneth, Lincoln, Neb. and William and Dale, both of Spokane, WA and nine grandchildren. Mrs. Ulmer was a member of the Methodist Church, past president of the Eagles Auxiliary, member of the Women of the Moose, a member of the Montana Assn. for the Blind and was a member of the Senior Citizens in Great Falls. Memorials are suggested for the Intermountain Deaconess Home for Children in Helena or the Montana Assn. for the Blind.
