WEBSTER CITY - Myrtle Grove, 90, of Webster City, died Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at Southfield Wellness Community. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Faith United Methodist Church, wth Rev. Gerald Caquelin officiating. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church from 6:00 .m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday and prior to the service on Saturday.

Myrtle Bernice Boucher, daughter of James and Stella Munson Boucher, was born November 3, 1918 at Colfax, Iowa. She attended a rural Colfax school. In May of 1933, she married Benjamin Luke Osborne at Clarion. The couple resided at Stratford, IA and Spooner, WI. To this union three sons were born. Mr. Osborne died October 24,1984. On February 12, 1991, she married Neal Grove at Fort Dodge. The couple resided at Webster City. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Grove is survived by her husband, Neal; sons, Arnold Osborne of Laona, WI; Gene (Joan) Osborne of Kenosha, WI; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; six step-great-grandchildren; sisters, Betty (Lee) Knoll; Margaret (Wayne) Dakin; Ruth (Tom) Caquelin; Merna (Francis) Smith; Shirley (Sam) Knoll, all of Webster City; Marion (Ray) Eccles of Manson; brother, James Boucher of Winchester, TN; step children, Roshawna (Marlo) White of Popejoy; Jane Anderson of Webster City; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her first husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Leonard.

Myrtle enjoyed music, dancing and attended several Polka Fests in Minnesota. She also had pleasure in cooking and gardening.
