Christopher Gorton Baker, age 30, of Taylors, South Carolina died Saturday, May 30, 2009 of injuries received in an automobile accident. He was a graduate of Reynolds High School and A.B. Tech in Asheville.

He is survived by his loving family; wife, Carrie Laxton Baker of Mauldin; parents, Sidney and Susan Summerfield Baker of Clarion, Iowa; brother, Michael Baker and wife, Tammi; sister, Allison Baker and husband, Ray Black; niece, Jerrica and nephew, Aaron.
