Robert (Bob) N. Moore of Barstow, CA, passed away on April 20, 2009, at Vista Cove Care Center in Corona, CA. Bob was born on February 23, 1924, in Dows, Iowa, to Flossie and Charles Moore. Bob had lived in California for many years and was a Navy veteran and worked as a machinist for many years before retiring. Bob was married to Lucille Skinner on May 26, 1956 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Lucille in April, 2002, and his daughter, Dorothy Brown in January, 2006. Bob is survived by three children, Debbie (Mick) DiGiacomo, Lynda (Roger) Squires, Tim (Joanne) Moore; and son-in-law, Tom Brown. Bob is also survived by 8 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; 4 sisters; and many nieces and nephews. Robert's Service was held at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, CA, on April 24, 2009. Bob was a wonderful father figure to all of his family. He will be missed eternally by all of us.
